Error message: Manual check posting - must print and clear first. I cleared and purged manual check batches, cannot close year end.

Hi Mabel

Go into Company Profile | System/Report Options, and uncheck the box "Allow Post Journal purge". Save this and see if you can do year-end now.

If you want, you can change the setting back afterwards, but I would recommend not allowing purging of posting journals.
