Is there a report that we can generate to show ONLY items that are below reordering level or a specific qty. on hand level say from 5 to below zero?

You're looking for the Reorder Report found under Reports | Stock Control Reports. You could set it to print items having quantities less that the Minimum, or having items less than Or Equal to Zero.
