I upgraded OE to 8.1E (2011.12.15) and AR 9.0C (2011.12.09) and replaced ADS32.DLL. Today we're getting a critical error as per the attached file. We're closed out of everything now and can't get in to Adagio at all. I went back to the previous .dll but that didn't solve it. All modules are freezing when trying to open. Is there a way to roll back OE and AR??

I am able to open OE on one user, but help/about crashes it. Also, a second user opening OE will not open. I reinstalled the lanpaks as well but still did not resolve the issue.

Back up and running with a new revised ADS32.DLL from Softrak.

I have a client getting the same error message. I need the new revised ADS32.DLL, as soon as possible.

Hi Steve,

Please delete EZSSILCK.LD4 on the client machine. I'd be interested in knowing the size of this file.

We've seen this error at 2 sites now, the first had a EZSSILCK.LD4 that was about 650MB, the second was 1.9GB

Thanks Warren. 5135 is generated when the Adagio module finds a required file locked unexpectedly (probably EZSSILCK.LD4 in this case). These errors have all been at sites where we're trying to isolate the lanpak count issue (as far as we know).

EZSSILCK.LD4 should never be larger than 4K. If it is, it's damaged and should be deleted.

At my client site, the size of the EZSSILCK.LD4 file was 557K. I am instructing them to delete the file (not an easy task with 17 users)
