Hello I wonder if it is possible to show in the Order entry Detail window, the item quantity on PO.

It only can be seen on the item inquiry screen, which is not available at the same time, then the other screen.

What can be done.

Currently in Adagio OrderEntry, you can add the Qty on PO field to the item finder grids. When you access the finder or smartfinder in the item field, double-click on the column title bar which should activate the column editor. From here, you can choose which fields appear in this grid and in which order. About a third of the way down the list of fields, the Qty on PO and Qty on SO fields can be found.

If you have problems getting to the Column Editor, check out the Help files - this is a security setting on the User record.

The grid at the bottom of the Detail screen is not editable, but we might be able to squeeze another field in there.
