Hello Gina,

If you carefully check your Start List, you will probably find an item that points to a non-existant directory, or to a directory where Quik Reports data has not been allocated.

Hello Gina,

I think the integrity check is getting confused by a file that just happens to have a name that "looks like" a QRDOS file. Try renaming the file (changing its extension) and checking the integrity again. After doing that, go into Quik Reports and make sure everything is OK - it should be.

Let us know....

Hello Gina

The error message is confirming that the file does NOT exist, so it is not surprising that you cannot find it!

If you look in H:\ASP\DATA - is there a file named QRIJORDS.XXX? Is the .XXX a valid file extension for any of your data?

Further, to 'see' what a WSM Start List item path is, pressing TAB when the item is selected will open it up so you can see where it is actually pointing. Do you have more than one QR start list item? Is it/they pointing to valid, existing folders/drives? If not, one of these could be causing the problem, as Andrew was trying to detail above.

Hope this puts you on the right track, we're running out of ideas!

Hi Gina

Sorry, no I don't - perhaps the WSM manual has something to say about this? If not, you could always try posting on PlusCommunity!

Take care

Hi middleton,

DataCare from Softrak can be told which items to check. It can be scheduled to run late at night. It can be driven by a macro easily. ... and it prints a log of everything it found.

Why not ask your Business Partner for details?

You could also type out the file \QRASP\QRIRSC.LD4 and make sure it contains only one line (QRD? if memory serves - I'm out of the office).
