I keep getting the following error messages:

In Order Entry, Print Invoice/Credit Note Audit List when doing the day end processing:
Cannot open file"P:\DATA\ARTEL\OEYR0018.PRD". The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.

In Inventory, Printing Item Valuation report, it stopped due to the similar message again:
Cannot open file"P:\DATA\ARTEL\ICKC0002.PRD". The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.

We have never had this problem before. Turn out, I can't finish the month-end today. Can anyone help? What process is using those files?

Those look like work files. You may need to make sure that everyone is out of Adagio and restart your server. It seems to think these files are in use. Perhaps some backup process is running?
