Each night that Data Care runs, we get the following errors (this is a small sample only, actual errors are 84). When we run DI Check in AR directly, no errors are reported.

Customer TAG100 alert record for uniquifier 00002 is missing summary record.
Customer VER060 alert record for uniquifier 00000 is missing summary record.
Checking Customer Alerts ... 14 errors found.
Customer ABI101 alert record for alertkey 000001 is missing function record.
Customer AME150 alert record for alertkey 000001 is missing function record.
Customer AME150 alert record for alertkey 000002 is missing function record.
Customer AME150 alert record for alertkey 000003 is missing function record.
Customer ARG150 alert record for alertkey 000002 is missing function record.
Customer ARG150 alert record for alertkey 000003 is missing function record.
Customer ARG150 alert record for alertkey 000004 is missing function record.
Customer ARG150 alert record for alertkey 000005 is missing function record.
Customer ARG150 alert record for alertkey 000006 is missing function record.
Customer ARG150 alert record for alertkey 000007 is missing function record.
Customer ATE117 alert record for alertkey 000001 is missing function record.

Is there something we can do to tidy this up?

Hi Barb,

Run the DIC in Receivables V9.0B and click the Rebuild button.

Andrew, as mentioned above, I have already tried that.

Zero errors are showing in DIC when I run it, but the errors show up each morning in the report that Data Care sends me. No errors reported in AR V9.0B means I cannot click on rebuild.

Any other suggestions? Thank you.

Hello Barb,

The original release of 9.0B did not include checking for orphan alerts. It was added in 110118 Hot Fix or later.

My guess is that you are still running the original Receivables release (why the DIC does not fix them) but DataCare has been updated and see the errors. To solve the problem you can either:
  1. Use DC to fix the errors
  2. Update the latest SP for AR
