I recently turned on the " Warn if available below 0" feature. My problem is for example; if I entered an order for 5 widgets (on hand is zero), the warning pops up. A backorder is created. This is fine. When the widgeets are received, 5 widgets are put in to inventory. When I go back into the order, I have 5 on Sales Order, and 5 On Hand. If I moved the 5 on Backorder to Shipped the warning pops up. There are no other orders in the system for this item. When you acknoledge the warning you can continue, but we do this 50-100 times a day. With that many false warnings every day, there is a good chance a accurate warning get over looked.

Is there another setting I need to change so it doesnt count the same order twice?
