The file name you quoted in your posting is the first installed file that uses either a 9+ character directory or a 9+ character file name. Also, there are spaces in the file name. It might be that your system is not configured to allow these types of files (either long file names or names with spaces).

Check the install log (file name = install.log) to see what happened during the installation - this may point out some other clues. This would be contained in the I:\SOFTRAK\OLWIN directory.

I would suggest storing and unpacking the downloaded file on a local (temp) directory, rather than on the network. Perhaps also try installing to a local C:\softrak\olwin location.

As for your other question about download procedures, you have to fill in all the fields on the form; none can be left blank. We tested this out here and the download was successful when all fields were filled in.
