An 'Error 1327' is often indicative of a corrupted index file. Please run a Data Integrity check.

Also, Adagio software expires after 60 days if it is not registered, as do any multi-user packs that might be installed. We don't have any registrations in our database under the company name of "Community Living Kawartha Lakes" (perhaps another city name?). When you attempt to open your data, enter in a date earlier than today (say last month) to see if this lets you in. If it does (and today's date does not) then make sure you enter the registration information and fax it to us, in order to calculate a license number.
