Just replaced a PC and we are getting error " Could Not Iniatize TDeviceMode Structure". Seems to be printer based somehow as when try to print adjustments report in inventory, printer section is empty and no option to print. Any thoughts?

When in IC on that w/s, select File | Workstation Options from the menu. Do they have a particular printed selected within Specific printer? If so, either try changing the setting to Default or looking on the internet for a newer printer driver.

We did have a default setup under options, I changed the default to another printer and it works so it does appear to be a print driver issue. We do have another user who uses the same printer as default with no issues but this new W/S is Windows 7 which may be causing the difference. We are in the process of upgrading to the latest Adagio versions this weekend so we will see if Windows 7 compatibility was maybe the issue. If not we will look into an updated print driver for that printer.

I'd check for an updated printer driver sooner rather than later. Many device drivers have been updates as Windows 7 has matured.
