We have both Adagio Purchase Orders and Inventory modules. When receiving items that are critical, is there a way to alert the purchasing department when the product is received in the system. Ie email etc or other options.

Not directly, but it would be an easy task to create a View using Adagio GridView that could sit on someone's desk and allow them to automatically check the status.
