Have you done a Data Integrity check on the data?

Hello G.D. Maxwell,

If the Adagio data integrity check and Rebuild does not eliminate the integrity errors in the matching file, then the data is corrupt beyond what an 'automatic' rebuild can do.

Your options are to restore the data from a previous 'good' backup (with no errors) or have the data repaired.
