You must have upgraded your AR to V7.0 for the new standard of showing the JC Job/Phase/Category to show up in QIP. Unfortunately, since QIP pulls this information directly from AR, there is no setting to change this.

If you are going to continue to use ARV7.0, then the only way to remove the Phase & Category is to edit the batch in JC.

Just in case this unintended side effect of the upgrade to A/R 7.0 causes a lot of problems, we can move your database back to version 6.5 for a nominal charge.
