We installed Adagio on a new Windows 7 workstation, and now all users are getting a error trying to open AR and OE Edit Customers:
"Error 1013 occurred when attempting to open AR transactions". Then the AR transactions tab does not display any data in the grid. Yikes! Any ideas?

OK, there's something that happened during the Windows 7 workstation install that would have been mentioned but might not have been noticed.

Probably the fastest way to get back on the rails would be to re-install AR from one of the other workstations, make sure that everything is back to working, then try the W7 install again.

A 1013 error is almost always a dictionary problem, and so there was a problem updating a dictionary. Make sure that every workstation's drive mappings are the same for the Adagio programs and data.

Of course it is working fine now, sorry for the false alarm...
