Hello Debbie,

When you imported the invoice batch, were any errors or problems reported during the import? You can see the status of the most recent import by opening the file ARIMPERR.dat using Notepad.

What version of Adagio Receivables are you running (see Help | About). Has anything changed recently at your site that could explain why a process that has been running smoothly for months (perhaps years) might suddenly not have worked properly?

You didn't mention which version of Adagio Receivables which would be helpful.

My guess is that the import failed in some way. My suggestion is to run a Data Integrity Check in Receivables. If there are no errors then try importing the invoice batch again.

Hello Debbie:
The first and most likely possibility is that the Import wasn't successful. To discover what happened, you need to look at the ARIMPERR file mentioned by Andrew.

First, determine which folder your data is stored in; You can see the location on the login screen when you start up any Adagio module. Use Windows Explorer to go to that folder. Look for the ARIMPERR file and right-click on it. Open it with Notepad. Paste whatever you find into this discussion so we can see it.
