While doing my day end I go to AR and print my batch reports. The invoice report printed with no problem but when I go to print the Cash Batch report shows batches 894 to 906 but I keep getting an error message saying "cash batch not found". Any ideas why?

If I continue with my day end processing and post the cash & invoices will I lose the opportunity of printing the cash batches? I need to do some invoicing but I do not want to lose my data for the day end reporting.

First, I think you need to determine why you're unable to print a Cash batch listing for those batches. Are there any entries in the batch(es) or is the Entry count zero. If you can't see the Entries column in the Cash Batches grid, double click on the column headings row to open the Column Editor and add the Total Trxs field to the grid. If the grid indicates that there are entries in these batches, please do a backup and run a data integrity check. You may have a data problem.

Certainly, once batches are posted, you are unable to print a batch listing for them. You are able to print posting journals for the posted batches though.

What Day End processing are you referring to? Are these internal procedures or are you referring to running Day End in OrderEntry?
