Are there any other Custom Reports in other Adagio programs set up, and can this user see them?
1) If this user has lost all custom reports for all applications, it may be a Windows user scenario. For Custom Reports to appear, Crystal Reports for Adagio needs to be registered and licensed. It is registered correctly because some users can see Custom Reports. But related information is stored in the Windows Registry, so this user may have had their rights change (or are logging into the workstation as a different Windows user). Perhaps try running the PTsetup (for PrintTool) for this user, as this is essentially the workstation setup for Crystal Reports.
2) Custom reports can be made accessible by security group. Which folder are the RPT report files saved in? \Softrak\ajwin\CustomRP or a sub-directory in CustomRP? If a sub-directory, only users assigned to that Adagio security group can see those reports. If your client has changed their security setup, this could influence the custom reports visibility. Ensure that at least one RPT report is saved in a directory that this user can 'see'.
