When I print this report monthly, all the previous months number will show up. How can I only print the report of current month?

Are you retrieving the transactions into Adagio Ledger each month? That will clear them.

Yes. After I retrieved the transactions into GL, I still can not clear them in this report.

If there is Ledger data in the same location as the Payables data, printing the GL Transactions report will not prompt you to clear the transactions.
