Another strange thing happening using POA 8.1B (110325) is that I've added 2 columns to the Inquiry/Adj tab 3 times in the last 3 days. Everytime I go back into POA the next day, the 2 columns I added are gone.

The 3 existing columns are Doc#, Reference & Description.

The 2 columns I keep adding and losing are Originator & Rcpt Date.

Hi, Susan,

Where exactly in the grid are you placing the two new fields. I'm having difficulty duplicating this behaviour. What other things are you doing in PO?

Hi Softrak Support,

I'm adding the new fields to the right side on the Inv/Adj tab.

This morning only "originator" disappeared. Rcpt Date is still there! That's the field I want the most anyway.

I'm not sure if it has to do with other users going into POA with their grids set up differently that's changing mine?

Other than looking at Inv/Adj in inquiries, we also do all kinds of things in POA.

Mainly:

- Add/Edit PO's
- Enter Receipts
- Enter Quick Receipts
- Enter Invoices
- View/Print Reports/PO/Print Receipts
- View/Print Reports/PO/Outstanding Receipt Invoice List

Hi Susan,

On a quick peek, the column settings were not saved individually by user for me, but rather one common setting for everyone. My test was on a local workstation, and POA saves some settings like these locally rather than with the data or program. So my check may not be fully complete. This of course is different than other Adagio programs. I wonder too if someone else is reversing your changes.

Do you ever make changes to add columns to an empty grid? There was a known problem a couple of years ago where customized columns were lost when the grid became empty (ie no receipts or requisitions), but this has long been fixed.
