Regarding a ptf for the FiscalPeriod() function - there is nothing available yet, but it is on R&D's to do list. Because there are various work arounds to replace this function that will give you the same results, it was not considered a priority.

A couple of workaround formulas were given in a prior post to your initial discovery of it not working as it should.
