Is there a way Adagio can handle the common situation where a delivery charge is added to an invoice only if the total dollar amount of the invoice is less than a certain value, without the clerk having to remember? And only if the goods are being delivered, as opposed to being picked up?

Delivery is made by company truck, so linXship is not an option.

Short of putting an alert on every customer record to this affect that would pop-up when the order is created rather than at completion, there currently isn't a way.

I can enter a suggestion for a new profile option for a future release. Just to confirm, the total you're referring to would be the Total Before Tax (and after discount), or the Subtotal Amount or the Net Amount?

Here is my client's reply to your question:

"The delivery charges would be applied based on the amount before tax. The delivery charge is non-taxable."
