Adagio uses the Crystal Reports print engine to print the reports, such as the batch listing. This is separate from the invoice printing function.

When we've seen the batch listing report print values as you've indicated, the usual culprit is that a different porgram that uses Crystal Reports has been installed. The usual solution is to simply reinstall the Adagio application; in your case, Invoices. If this problem exists on multiple workstations, re-run the workstation setup on the other stations.
