How do I get the company name to appear in the top left hand corner of the Aged Trial Balance in the Accounts Receivable module. I assume I have to adjust the Header but where do I go to do this?

Adagio reports take the Company name from the Company Profile settings in each module. Click on the "Profile" button on the AR toolbar to change the name.

Do any transactions get selected for the report? Or do you essentially get a blank page?

Some reports that rely on temporary work files will not print the company profile name in the title, because no work file gets generated when zero transactions are selected by the report.

Bruce's answer is the first place to check. If your company name is there, then the next thing to check is whether your aged trial balance actually selects any invoices. If not, you will need to refine your choices when printing the report to ensure invoices are selected.

One common mistake is that a range on the report is from blank to blank. Ensure ranges that you want everything selected go from blank to zzzzzz.

I believe that you should also check that the company name does not contain any double quotation marks (").
