How do I automatically insert the date and time of printing in the footer of the financial reports?

I've tried using the functions but that doesn't work.

Do I have to manually change the date and time every time I print?

Hi bal,

From the File menu, go to Header/Footer. Click on the footer tab, and the code for inserting the date/time is $D.

Here are the codes that you can use in the Header/Footer sections:

APP NAME: $A
SHEET TAB NAME: $R
DATE: $D
FILE NAME: $F
PAGE #: $P
# OF PAGES: $N
