I am in the midst of setting up primary vendors in our purchasing/inventory modules. Is there a default to use when autogenerating purchase orders that the system would automatically pull the lowest cost vendor first.

The only way would be to change the Primary Vendor to the lowest cost vendor.

If this changes with each order, how would the program know which vendor has the lower cost this time?
