Does your AP data pass an integrity check? If not, and you have a good backup of your data, you should probably remove the bad data and restore from backup.

Aleternatively, you might be able to Rebuild the errors, depending on the problems that exist. If you use Adagio Payables and after running the integrity check, click the Rebuild button, which will fix many phase 1 index and phase 2 errors. If all errors aren't fixed, then restoring data from a backup or a Database repair is necessary.

You might also want to verify that all the users have full read/write access to the data and that Opportunistic Locking is disabled for all Win NT/2000/XP machines.
