You can make sure that Auto Macros are turned off by selecting F3 | Macros | AutoRun = No. That will rule out the macro problem (unless there are Windows macro running). The Quik Invoice sample data has a sample import invoice with an extension .CSV that you could test.

This behaviour is outside Quik Invoice, and points to a problem with the WSM - as it is responsible for all the imports in ACCPAC Plus. When you upgraded the version of Windows on the machine, did you change the Windowing System Manager?

PS - Is your CAPS LOCK key stuck? Typing all in CAPS is the equivalent of yelling when you are asking questions.
