Hi Double T,

When an Adagio grid appears to have 'overlapping' records, this is an issue with the display of the grid, rather than the data itself. If data integrity errors are reported, this is a separate problem.

You said that 2 errors were found reading the batch; could you post here what the exact error messages are?

Are you aware of a reason why the problem may have originated? Did you have a power outage or an issue with the network?

It's quite likely that if you are unable to edit the batch, that they are corrupt. Before trying this, make a new backup of the QI data (and don't overwrite any 'good' backups):

- Archive as many of your open batches as you can. Batches that cannot be archived will be lost an must be re-entered.
- Close Adagio Invoices
- Using Windows Explorer, go to your data directory and remove all data files that start with 'QIB'. This will include all open batch files and the batch control files.
- Re-open Adagio Invoices. This will automatically re-create brand new batch control files.
- Run a Data Integrity check.
- Go into the Archived Batch screen and restore those batches you were able to save.

If you are unable to edit these batches, then they are corrupt and will have to be deleted and re-entered.

Regards,
