Quik Reports is a 16-bit application, thus may not behave under newer Windows environments (ie Windows 2000 or XP) as well as under older environments (ie Windows 95/98). This could be in part why a specific machine is experiencing problems.

If a program crashes and you try to re-open it without rebooting, one or more system resources probably have not closed down correctly, resulting in the message you reported. Only rebooting will solve these issues.

Unless it appears in the Windows Control Panel 'Add/Remove Programs', I do not believe we include any special setups for un-installing.
