Forgive me if this has been addressed here before.
When I perform a departmental print of financial statements with row formatting I only see the row formatting on the second page of the first department.
If I print one department at a time the row formatting works fine.
My row formatting is: =IF($E24>$H24,"HighlightYellow","")
Am I missing something?

For me, the row formating doesn't print on either page when using the Departmental Print function. But it does when using the Statement Group print function.

I can pass this along to the programmers. But for now, use Statement Groups for printing your statements.

By the way, is there a particular reason why you are using Departmental Print instead of Statement Groups? Statement Groups can do anything Dept Print can and much more. Just curious.

That would be partly due to habit but mostly due to the fact that we are working with copies of client data. If we add a statement group to our copy it is gone next time we get another copy.

So that the statment group print is available to you every time you pick up a freash copy of the clients data you should add the statement group print setup to the clients live data.
