I have a client with salespersons across the country.

If each salesperson buys Adagio order entry and accounts receivable to enter sales orders for the client's customers. Is there a way of bringing / importing those orders into clients database in Toronto?
Currently the client is running Accpac Plus.

Adagio OrderEntry as well as ACCPAC Plus OE can import Orders, however since there is no export option in Adagio (nor in ACCPAC OE) this could pose a problem.

The good news is that there is a workable solution for this - by considering an E-Commerce product designed to accomodate this type of processing.

In this way, I believe that only the Head Office would need to purchase Adagio OE and Receivables, not all the individual Sales personnel.

I must add to this post, as a very good point has been brought to my attention - that often, Salespeople on the road may not have easy access to the internet! In this case, Bravo Software's 'Remote Desk' would be a better solution - and it is available for both the PC as well as the popular Hand-Held devices.

I believe then the Salesperson can keep track of their own Customers, and when ready, can email the files to head office for entry into the main accounting system.
