There's a couple of things you can try:
- One is to reboot the station (and possibly the server). One or more files that would typically be closed were left open after the crash. There could be information stuck in memory that needs to be cleared.
- The other (should the above not work) is to first make sure that nobody else is in the data (any data in that directory, not just Ledger), and rename the EZSEMTAB.DAT data file. This file is used for multi-user file locking, and it may have become corrupted due to the crash.
I don't believe the problem is happening because a different user is trying to open Adagio Ledger. It's because the system still thinks Adagio Ledger is open when it actually isn't.
