Sometimes I have the option to choose 'account information' when right clicking in an empty cell of a new smartsheet and other times I don't have the option. What drives that?

For example:
I have cells in the B column and I'm right clicking/insert formula/ in column c. Do I need to do something else in order to get that option?

You need a .Colspec row above the cell you are right clicking on.
