Is there a way to create a report that has a customer and a list of all the items that particular customer purchased?

Hello:
Assuming that OE is being used, go to "Display History" and click on the "Items" tab (right-hand side). Choose your settings (ie. Customer code, Date range, choose Invoices and CN's) then click on "Load History". If you are using a curent version of OE, there will be an Excel Direct button to export the list to Excel.

Are you asking to be walked though how to create an inquiry in GridView that lists all items that have been purchased by a customer?

One of the sample inquiries installed by GridView is called 'SalesInquiryJoin' which shows Sales Analysis transactions and a way to 'join' a customer list and an item list to determine sales for a spcific customer and a specific item. This is a little more advanced.

To get a simpler view that just shows customer sales, you could look at other sample workspaces such as CustomersAndTransactions.gvs or CustomerOrders.gvs to see how to link one view to another.
