What specific error message did you get? I believe the problem may be iin the presence of a dll file in the windows\crystal directory that is interfering with the QCW report printing function. All of our 'Windows' platform products use the Crystal Reports print engine to print reports, and if you have any other modules that use Crystal, they may have installed some interfering files.

If the error was 'Error 515', then check for the existance of a ufldtdif.dll file in the c:\windows\crystal directory. If it is there, rename it. You also should check for another file, uflcapw.dll in the same directory.
