Hi Mike,
I believe that this function might want to be loading a resource that is locked by the Accpac OE Enter Orders function, thus the Access Denied message. A similar message was returned if you had Contact Master (connected to OE) running before trying to open 16-bit Adagio Invoices.
It might have had to do with the DBI, though I can't recall for sure. Maybe it was just removing OEPRT from Adagio Invoices. Adagio Invoices 6.8A no longer has the problem.
In any case, I don't think that this is a 'workstation setup' problem. Because the OEPRT function has been discontinued (and replaced by Adagio Order Entry), this isn't something that can be fixed. From previous posts, I recall that if you go into OEPRT first, then Accpac OE, everything worked OK. If that's the case, then that sequence of opening programs will be necessary. If even this doesn't work, then you probably will be limited to printing from Win2000 or NT stations.
Regards,
