Our AR person posted a payment to the wrong bank in BR - what is the best way to fix this (a US$ customer paid us in US$, but she processed it in the CDN$ bank in Bank Rec).

She caught the mistake before she posted the cash batch in AR.

We are using BR 8.1B and AR 8.1A.

The best way to correct any mistake is to reverse the error and re-do it correctly.

In this case reverse the cheque in the deposit and then add it to a new deposit for the correct bank.

All batches in AR would be posted without touching them.
