Hi,
This may be more hardware related but appears specific to Adagio forms in Adagio Invoices 9.0A (100503), or could be for all forms in Adagio.

We have just upgraded a site to Windows 7 workstations, and now our colour logos (Bitmaps) on Invoices in Adagio are printing with less (much less) intense colour, using the default colour settings of the existing laser.

We are using a Lexmark C760 PS, that was printing just fine, and still does print fine when printing a test on the same invoice from an XP (SP3) workstation on the Network.
We know and have seen the fonts on specifications shift alignment when upgrading workstations from XP to Vista and Windows7. We had to modify all invoice layouts when we upgraded to Windows7, although we have not modified or recreated logos within the spec. And our tests show that the difference is XP vs Windows7, and certainly the corresponding different operating system's drivers for the same printer.

The client's Office Word documents print the colour fine with the upgrade to Windows7, so it appears to be just in our Adagio forms.

Is anyone aware of printer driver adjustments that would make the Adagio forms colour logos compatible from XP to Windows7 workstations. Not sure whether this is specific to Lexmark or whether HP would be affected as well. I suspect that HP will be also affected.

Thanks,
Brian
