I have created a new invoice specification by copying the old specification and adjusting for HST. I cannot get the new HST Invoice Specification to show up in my list of specifications. Only the old specification shows up. The specification shows up in my directory as F:\ASP\DATA\OE$HSTINV.REM but I can't point to this from OE. How do I get my new specification added to the list?

In the new specification that you have created, go to File | Specification Options and change the name of the specification to one that identifies it as the HST Invoice.

Thank you. I didn't realize that you have to actually type in the new specification's name. I expected it to appear in a drop down list.

When a specification title is modified as Lars suggested, it will appear in the drop-down. You are never required to type a specification name when printing an Adagio document.

Also ensure that from the File / Specification Options within the Specification Designer program, you select the correct type of document. If you intend this spec to be used for printing invoices, then choose either Invoices or All for the spec type. If something else appears here, such as Orders or Credit Notes, then the spec title will not appear on the drop-down list when printing invoices.
