If both workstations are using the same printer, then the printer is not the cause and rather there is something on the workstation that is the problem.
- Is the same invoice specification being used from both workstations? Just so we can eliminate that as the cause. When an invoice is printed, what is selected for the 'Specification option' and the 'Specification'? Is it the same on both workstations you tried?
- Does one workstation have Large Fonts enabled via the Windows display settings? This can cause specifications to not print correctly. Windows display settings must be set to Normal font.
- Do other invoice specifications (such as a sample) show the same problem on your computer?
- If a field isn't wide enough to display the text within, it may not show at all. Try editing the invoice specification and widen the object so that it shows more text. Also try right-clicking on a billing address field and choose Properties. From there, try changing the setting for 'Auto Size'.
