Hi Bruce,

A full Adagio install also simultaneously does the workstation setup. Not doing a workstation setup is not an issue for local station install, but only when the programs are on a shared server - workstations from which the main install was not done require the workstation setup.

The client's IT department added the HKLM key described above and the problem is solved:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Softrak Systems\Adagio Financial Reporter
