Hello rahim
This sounds like the User you log in as does not have sufficient rights - or that Adagio was installed when logged on as ADMIN, and now you cannot print when logged on as this User.
To resolve this you must grant this User full ADMIN rights on this station and then redo the install on this station. (Please read on...)
If Adagio is installed only on your station (i.e. it is being used stand-alone), or your station is acting as a Server on a Peer to Peer network, then you would be re-installing the full Adagio program while logged on as the User with full ADMIN rights.
IF Adagio is installed on a Dedicated Network Server, you would run the workstation setup on your station while logged on as the User with full ADMIN rights.
To perform the workstation setup, (this is in the Adagio Fundamentals Guide):
1. Point to the Server drive where Adagio is installed
2. Go to the Softrak\ALLWSKT folder
3. Double-click on the ALLWKST.exe file to start the workstation install and follow the prompts from there.
4. When prompted, make sure you select the correct 'Report Tables' drive. Normally, this would be the same drive where Adagio was installed, but not always. To be sure, prior to completing the workstation install - look for the existence of a 'QRASP' folder on the same drive where the Softrak folder is - if there is a QRASP directory there, then this is the 'Report Tables' drive. If there is not one here - find the drive on the Server where it exists and select this drive when prompted during the ALLWSKT install.
When you have completed one of the above installs, you can change the User rights back to what they were, if necessary for security.
Regards,
