Hi Danny

Thanks for the additional information as to your experience with Quik Link. There is no way for us to know this prior to our response.

Could you give us some more information on the environment you are working in ie)are you using QL stand alone, or on a network? Have you upgraded anything else (ACCPAC?) Has anything else changed around the time of the QL upgrade? What versions of Excel/Office, WSM, Novell or NT? etc. Your earlier version of QL did not give you any problems - was the new version installed in the same location? Is anyone else using the QL workbooks? Can you create a new worksheet without problems?

This will assist us in trying to determine the problem.

Hi Danny,

Something else you may want to try is to 'reattach' Quik Link to Excel. This actually has to be done for each workbook. The specific directions for doing this is on pages 1-14 and 1-15 of the manual, but baasically it would mean:

1) Opening the workbook with Excel's File Open (so the DNK file is not accessed).
2) Edit the link (Edit | Links) and change the source to the quiklink.xla file inthe directory where Quik Link is installed.
3) Recreate your link to Accpac (Quik Link | Link Define).
4) Recalculate the workbook (F9 function key)
5) Save with Quik Link's File Save

Lastly, if you were to create a brand new workbook, can you duplicate the error messages?
