Adagio Ledger can have up to 6 alphanumeric characters in the Account code and another 6 in the Department code.

From my limited experience in Paymate, when you set the Interface to Adagio, it will limit the Account/Department to the 12 characters.

To be honest, our expertise is with Adagio, not Paymate. As indicated in our previous post, if you set the interface to Adagio in Paymate, this should limit the Account/Department so that Adagio Ledger will accept the batch from Paymate.

Your Dealer should be able to assist you with this more effectively, as they have experience with many applications besides Adagio and how they work together. Alternatively, perhaps you could contact AK Micro for the Paymate information.
