When we go into EDIT: EMPLOYEE, EARNING CODE & CLASS are greyed out and inaccessible How do we change this in order to add a new employee?

If you can see a menu option but it is grey and inaccessible, then the Group Security is not enabled to allow the user access to that function. What you need to do is edit the security Group (from the File menu) and ensure that the desired menu options are selected.

User SYS should always have access to all menu functions and cannot be prevented access.
