This is an error message we got when we ran an AP data integrity check. Any ideas on how to fix this?
The computed balance 246.41 does not match stored balance 0.00
Computed home balance 246.41 does not match stored home balance 0.00
Balance outstanding is 0.00 calculated 246.41
Home currency balance is 0.00 calculated is 246.41
Checking transactions … … 4 error(s) found

Any suggestions on how to fix this?

The following information would be really helpful;
AR or AP?
Multi-currency?
Which versions are you using?

In general you would deal with this as follows;
1. Backup the database
2. Run the data integrity check
3. When finished run the Rebuild function.
4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 until step two reports no errors (may take 2 or 3 tries).

If the data integrity check advises you that an expert is required to repair the data then you will need to contact your Adagio dealer for assistance.
