When your report is open, go to the Edit Menu and Links. This is where the relationships between different files are maintained. What you should see is that the SRTRANS file is the Driver (or main file), and that the link goes from SRTRANS to OESHTO.R with a link field of Customer/Ship-to. The latter can be determined by choosing Fields within the Link menu, and pressing the Enter key.
If you get a message similar to 'Not all data related' when going into Edit Links, that means the connection between Sales Analysis and Quik Reports was lost for table linking, and you will have to reinstall Sales Analysis to get it back.
If you don't get any messages similar to above, that means Quik Reports isn't finding any instances where the Customer number in Sales Analysis matches the Customer number in the OE Ship-to Address file. Have you consolidated your Sales Analysis data? Put the customer number and Ship-to fields into your report, just so you can see what information is in Sales Analysis. Perhaps this will give a clue as to why you aren't seeing any information for the OE fields.
I have verified that the process does work as long as the data fields are correct in both places and the programs are installed correctly.
