R&D has had a few requests for this functionality to be implemented, and we are hopeful that it will be able to be incorporated into a future release. As it sits now though, this is not possible in the currently shipping version .

Unfortunately, there is no other report format in Adagio Payables that will give you the G/L distribution summaries that you are looking for.

You could create a report using Quik Reports for Windows (you have the most current release). This would mean that you would report from the Posted transactions file, which in itself is not a problem, but you would have to make sure to print the report right after posting the transactions and BEFORE clearing the posting journals and/or check register, otherwise there would be no data to report on!

With QRWIN, you would not be able to edit the reports that came with Adagio Payables - however, with the newly shipping Crystal Reports 8.5 for Adagio you could.

The main reason R&D has not implemented this into the AP reports is due to speed issues. They found that the way they needed to pull information to get the G/L summaries onto the report greatly sacrificed the speed of generating/printing the report, so decided to wait until they could find a suitable solution that would not cripple this functionality.
