Installing the Adagio Checks upgrade would do nothing to affect your Ledger, let alone the financial statements in your data directory!

Further to this, there have been no issues (i.e. actual program problems) with Financial Reporter returning 0.00 balances where there should be actual amounts.

There are other things that could affect the FR Recalculation returning 0.00 balances ... simple things like pointing to the wrong data directory when logging on to Adagio Ledger, or having recently done a Year End (or doing 2 Year Ends in error - which would result in 0.00 balances in the Previous Year columns as well!) could return 0.00 balance figures on certain financial statements - it really depends on what kind of fiscal information the specification is supposed to report on. Do you have the correct Fiscal Period selected in Financial Reporter?

Has anything else been done on your system that could give unexpected results in this respect? For instance, has the data been moved to another location on the system? If you open your data with Ledger, can you see the correct account balances there? Do your reports such as the Trial Balance and Detailed Listing give correct figures?

All these things need to be checked before being able to determine why this is happening.
